Grazyna Catala is responsible for the company's overall sales activities across the target markets and for collaborating with the investment teams to achieve the organization's goals.
Team members are available for analyzing and underwriting commercial and residential real estate investments across our target markets.
Karen Henderson provides technical support to the organization. She brings years of experience in the areas of administration, performance improvement, and organizational development.

Jamie Baker is the Vice President of Operations. He oversees the day-to-day company operations. In this role, he defines and implements operations strategy, structure, and processes. He manages the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities. In addition, he monitors performance to identify efficiency issues and proactively proposes solutions.

Alterraon Phillips, Esquire, CBC is a licensed Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC) and a Member of the Florida Bar. Al has taken his vast construction experience and applied it to the practice of law. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009, he has focused his practice on the areas of Construction, Real Estate issues, and Wills & Trust.
